Questions owners actually ask.
Straight answers, before you have to email us to get them.
Can I still use my own property?
Yes. Tell us the dates you want to block off and we build them into the calendar before anything else gets booked.
What happens if a guest damages something?
We use several ways to manage this, depending on how the booking came in. Bookings made through Airbnb are covered by Airbnb's own host protection. For an owner's own coverage, options can vary depending on the property's rental history. For bookings we take directly, outside Airbnb, we can hold a damage deposit up front. We'll walk through which of these applies to your property before you're relying on it.
How fast do I get paid?
Owner payouts go out on a set schedule with a statement attached, so you always know what's owed and why.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes — you can cancel anytime, provided there are no upcoming bookings still on the calendar.
I already have a property manager. Can I switch?
Yes — we handle the transition, including moving listing history and reviews where the platform allows it.
Do you only operate STRs, or can you help me find one?
Both. If you don't own a property yet, our acquisition side evaluates listings for rental performance before you buy — not just whether it's a nice unit. See how sourcing works →
What areas do you operate in?
We operate across Alberta. Fees and terms vary by market — downtown Calgary has its own rate, and rules differ market to market. See the compliance hub →
What if my condo board doesn't allow short-term rentals?
We check this during the property assessment, before you sign anything — some boards restrict it outright, and it's worth knowing early.
